- Our trees are dispatched directly from our store in Kirkcaldy.
- We will email you to confirm your order and to confirm the dispatch of your tree.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- If you are away when the delivery is attempted, the courier will either leave your tree with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Deliveries begin during the week commencing 25th November.
If you have made a pre-order we will contact you to confirm a delivery date of your choice.
During our trading period (25th November to 20th December) you can choose a delivery date and time slot online.
The cost of delivery will be calculated based on your Fife postcode. Please note that this service includes the tree being delivered to your door only.
